The Mariners’ House

Moment Factory created a permanent multimedia installation for the foyer of the Mariners’ House, the new pavilion of the Pointe-à-Callière Museum in Old Montreal. The digital work, inspired by the symbols and textures of the maritime world, is visible from the street around the clock. A horizontal fresco 2 feet tall and 40 feet wide, the installation is meant to resemble the horizon. In addition to adorning the museum entrance, it serves as a cue to direct the gaze and traffic toward the galleries. The content projected on the giant screen, managed
