We eat out not just to feed ourselves but also for the experience. To see and be seen. Each night of the week, a different experience and visual environment welcome guests to the Nüvü restaurant, a unique concept in Montreal.

Moment Factory was mandated by Nüvü Bistro Experiences to conceive the visual environment and lighting of the restaurant. Exclusive video content was created for each night of the week following seven themes : fashion, cinema, Japan, MAD (matter, architecture, design), party, New York and dance.

During the day, the restaurant shows paintings by renowned artist Dominic Besner. At dusk, the visual interventions, including a 27 feet-long panoramic projection, give the space a different personality each night by broadcasting original content for the entirety of the evening without interuption.
