Lit up by multimedia performances at night and LED screens by day, the urban environment of Perkins Rowe is continuously transformed by a luminous visual symphony. A pedestrian site becomes a cultural wonderland and outdoor museum, creating a community experience that reflects the new urbanism.

Real estate developer JTS Interests asked Moment Factory to create a multimedia environment that activated public space around Perkins Rowe. Using choreographed light and video by local and international artists, Moment Factory created an exciting new urban destination and cultural experience of public space.

Moment Factory created a flexible infrastructure, including an intuitive CMS interface and Video to DMX converter. Moment Factory also designed and managed programming of content to play 24/7 all year long, including community-generated content related to Louisiana. Three large exterior LED screens and six projectors were proposed to create the immersive entertainment environment.
